How We Localize Your Website
To begin localizing your website, CSOFT’s extracts the existing source content in order to make it translatable.
There are several methods to do this:
We can work with text (.txt), Excel (.xls), Word (.doc), or RTF (.rtf) documents that contain your company’s website content with all encoding or markup language removed.
We can use a URL to download the site and work directly with the source files (.asp, .htm, .php, .xml, java and many more).
Our team can obtain API access to your CMS so we can translate the topic-based text within the system.
In all cases, upon receiving your file we perform a word count analysis and send a detailed quotation for approval before moving forward with the site localization project.
All CSOFT website translations are done by professional, in-country translators with related subject knowledge to achieve the best linguistic quality. Our professional translators are required to have a minimum of seven years’ experience for all translation projects. Only the best translators with specific subject-matter expertise are chosen to work with CSOFT.
